Agent Instance Details

The Details tab shows metadata for a single agent instance, without the span-by-span breakdown.

Instance header

• Status – Complete, Active, or Pending.
• Duration and timestamps – total run time and start/end times.
• Registered / Last updated – when Prefactor first recorded this instance and when it last changed.

If no spans exist in the selected time window, a No span data in this period message is shown.

Tabs

• Activity – spans produced during this run.
• Details – instance metadata (this page).

Details

• Agent – the agent that ran this instance, with a link to the agent and the version identifier.
• Status – the current lifecycle state.
• Created – when the instance record was first created.
• Last updated – when Prefactor last saw a change to this instance.
• Started – when execution began.
• Finished – when execution completed.
